Shipping Information

We partner with reputable third-party shipping companies, including PATHAO, DELIVERY TIGER, and ECORIER, to ensure that your products are delivered safely and on time. Our shipping options are as follows:

Inside Chittagong:

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Cost: BDT 70 per order

Outside Chittagong:

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping Cost: BDT 140 per order

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we are unable to offer international shipping services.

Please Note: We process one shipping address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Return Policy for Regular Items (Showroom and Online Orders)

We accept returns and exchanges for regular items under the following conditions:

  1. Physical Damage: If the product you received has any physical damage, you can request an exchange within 3 working days of receiving the item.
  2. Size Exchange: If the product size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for the correct size within 3 working days.
  3. Color Bleeding Issue: If the product bleeds its color despite following the washing guidelines, you can request an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Please Note:

  • You must provide the original invoice to process any returns or exchanges.
  • All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Policy for Sale Items (Showroom and Online Orders)

  • No Return or Exchange: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and the reason for return or exchange.
  3. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Refund Process

  • For approved returns, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
